REGISTRATION FORM - ATTENDEES FROM OUTSIDE BRAZIL

Welcome to the online registration site for the “15^th International Conference on the Chemistry of Selenium and Tellurium” (ICCST-15).

After the registration, the system will send a password to access the participant area to the registered email.

In the participant area you will find the following options: changing password, submission of Abstract, the receipt of payment of the registration fee, access the proof of registration, and download the certificate of participation/presentation of work.

After payment of the registration fees, send a copy of the receipt (confirmation of payment) through the participant area

IMPORTANT INFO:
The Registration Fee entitles Participants to the following:

• Admission to all sessions of the Scientific Program
• Admission to the Opening Cocktail (28^th November 2022)
• Lunch Tickets
• Dinner Tickets
• Traditional Brazilian Barbecue (Churrasco Gaucho)
• Coffee Breaks according to the Scientific Program
• Conference Kit including the Book of Abstract (except for Accompanying Persons)
• Submission of abstract (at a maximum of two) for poster presentation

Hotel rates are not included in the registration fee!

Registrations include all meals at the official hotel of the event, to ensure the convivial and relaxed atmosphere that the event requires.

We ask all participants to make online registration for the Conference through this website before the deadline as specified below, by filling in the REGISTRATION FORM at the bottom of this page and clicking the “Submit” button.

* as a pre-conference participant (WSeS-10, Niterói-Brazil), your registration for ICCST-15 will have a special discount and you will pay only 250 € (180 € for students).

** Those who register as “Student” are required to submit a copy of a current student ID or proof of university enrollment upon the registration (send the receipt through the participant area), with the subject: “your name + student ID”.

***  Price for accompanying persons aged 13 or over on the date of the event. For accompanying between 6 and 12 years old, the price is 125 €. Accompanying up to 5 years old do not pay. These values do not include accommodation.

Abstracts and templates:
Each registered participant can submit a maximum of two abstracts, which will be included in the Book of Abstracts and presented in the Poster Session by the attendee. Abstract submission will begin on 1^st September 2022, with the deadline until 30^th October 2022. Please, use the one-page template of ICCST-15 to prepare your abstract. You can download it here.

Payment
Payment of the Registration Fee MUST BE MADE IN EURO (€). Once you have done your payment, please send the receipt through the participant area.

Payment of the Registration Fee MUST BE MADE IN EURO(€) in full amount, without any deduction for bank charges, exclusively by bank transfer to: “Sociedade Brasileira de Quimica - SC” using the following bank details:

HOTEL RESERVATIONS 

For ICCST-15 participants, hotel reservations can be made with a 10% discount on the value shown on the hotel's website. For booking, email to reservas@jurere.com.br informing the PROMOCODE "ICCST15".
